Holding a life-long obsession with vampires, Sam is intrigued when offered a career as a FAMILIAR -- one of their personal assistants. Unfortunately, Sam’s boss is Simon Bolivar, a 400-year old bloodsucker whose needs are as ludicrous as they are psychotic.

THE FAMILIAR is for anyone who has pursued a dream only to watch it slowly twist into a nightmare. Be careful what you wish for -- it may come back to bite you in the end.
